Name: Elena Lafontaine

Height: 5'8"

Weight: 146

Age: 19

Talent: She is an excellent cook~

Job: N/A

Species: Elemental Witch

Likes: Casting spells and brewing potions, exercising, and helping those when she can.

Dislikes: Evil in general, spiders, and people who act like they're all that.

Origin: Grew up in the city but enjoys traveling to wildness when she gets the chance.

Powers: Elena controls the five elements: fire, water, air, earth, and spirit. However, air is her main element and therefore it is her strongest element so she uses it more. And Telekinesis, but doesn't prefer to use it too much.

Weakness: Her heart. Elena cares about people far more then she may show. If someone close to her, a friend or family member, were to be hurt because of her or in her presence she would feel as though it was her own fault and it would break her heart. Many could take her kind, caring nature to their advantage, so it's one of her biggest weaknesses. Also, her other weakness if her own ability: if Elena uses one of the other five elements, it drains her to the point where she could pass out for hours, days, perhaps even weeks if used too much. But, air, being her main element, she can use with ease so she uses it more than the others.

Strengths: Her knowledge. Elena is great at figuring things out, so it comes in handy from time-to-time. Also her ability to brew potions up hastily has come in her handy for her, and could help in the future.

Clothes: Pretty and jockey/girly style.

Personality: Kind, caring, sweet, enjoys helping others, but of course like anyone else in the world, if she is mad enough she will be a royal bitch and get snappy.

Special traits: N/A

History: Elena has a pretty basic life style. She grew up in Albany, New York, living the city life under the roof of her witch mother and mortal father. She treated well, and grew up having a good education I her wealthy life style with good friends, and so on. Her mother was the one who taught her to use magick while her father watched from a far, always smiling and being supportive of his daughter and the choices she made. Elena was told that she inherited the telekinesis from her grandmother, a powerful old witch who led a coven once, and Elena practically taught herself to use all five of the elements since her family line was Elemental Witches. Her special element, she found out while wandering through the forests one day, was air.
However, using her other elements came with a heavy price. It weakened her each time she used it, which limited her ability to use the other elements more difficult. Obviously, she can still use the other elements, but is limited to just how much of said power she can use. Elena's father was the nature buff, almost as much as her mother was, and her taught her all she needed to know to survive in the wilderness. As Elena grew up, she ended up traveling around a lot, so when she turned 18, she decided that she was going to end up traveling the world. And who knows? She may even find herself a coven to join while on her travels.

Weapon: She mainly uses her fists and legs, or whatever she can get her hands on if there is a threat. Or she just uses her magick.

Other: She loves animals!

So, I have no plans on this Halloween night. I mean, I was invited to parties and such, but . . . well, I feel as though this Halloween just needs to be a relaxing one. I usually do go out with friends or do something fun, but what I need for this All Hollows Eve is a simple night to myself with my bag of candy I bought, horror movies, candles lit, and simple relaxation, and passing out candy to little kids who look adorable in their outfits! ^^

That's enough for me to have a good Halloween. Besides, it's my Grandmother's birthday today, and watching old videos with us and such makes me smile and makes having a Halloween night to myself relaxes more. Damn I miss that crazy old woman. That and I don't need to go out and party and stuff to have a good time; anyone can have a good time by doing whatever it is they are most comfortable with. And this Halloween, it's me staying inside and having a horror night to myself. =p

Well, anyway, I hope everyone has a great Halloween! :D

Name: Saige Matthews
Title: N/A
Age: 19
Gender: Female

Description: A female of beauty and grace. Some would describe her as a fierce fighter; some would say she could pull off being the most elegant female around. Some. Saige has luscious, straight dark brown hair that goes almost to her mid-back. Her skin tone is naturally tan with thin brows, almond shaped mossy green eyes with a petite, cute nose, high cheek bones, full lips, and a beautiful curvy body that fits her perfectly. However, going across her face in a diagonal row is a faint, but noticeable, scar that runs from her temple to her left cheek. The scar gives her the appeal of the warrior, as well as the black clothing she chooses to wear.
Height: 5'9"
Weight: 145
Race: Human

Capital: Freed
History: Everyone has a story. Just like how everyone has a past. Some good; some bad. For Saige Matthews, however, she got a bit of both the good and the bad of life. For starters, she was born and raised in Freed. Her mother died giving birth to her; too much loss of blood. They couldn't patch her up or bring her back. So, Saige grew up with no mother. Her father raised her to have a decent childhood. She received a good education, was taken care of, had shelter, food, etc. But the only times things didn't go well for Saige when was her father drank. He wasn't an alcoholic, per ce, however when he did drink he treated her like scum, using his power to harm her and make her feel alone, lost, called her all sorts of names and blamed her for her mother's death. He never remembered any of it; but Saige did. Every heart shattering word her intoxicated father said to her has stuck with her, day in and day out. She never bothered to tell him how harshly he treated her when he drank, for she feared would only cause more dilemmas that she didn't wish to endure upon.
Her powers came to her when she was around the age of seven. She was being bullied in school one day when she went to library to get a book to read. The bully was a good two years older then she, standing much taller then her, no doubt looking as though he (the bully) failed a few times. Anyway, when the librarian wasn't paying any mind to the room, the bully began to repeatedly hit Saige in the back and arm. Saige found herself growing more and more angry; the hits reminding her of what her father would do when he was drunk. Her eyes were shut tight, each blow coming to her was making only that much more pissed. When suddenly, it all stopped. Slowly, Saige opened her eyes . . . and damn did they ever bug out of her socket. The whole room was filled with a heavy black mist. Not like a fiery black smoke, but most of a foggy type appeal. When the bully was hitting her, all that was on her mind was how much she wanted to cause  him the pain and see how he liked it. Next thing she knew, he was on the floor, holding his throat as the black mist slowly crept its way down his throat, his face growing paler and paler by the second.
At first, Saige was petrified at the sight before her. She didn't know what to make of it. Yet part of her seven year-old mind felt like he deserved it. But what startled her most, however, was when she seen that the black mist was forming out of the tips of her fingers, and it was then and only then that she realized that she was the one causing all of this. That was how Saige discovered her powers. Who would've thought a bully would be the answer? Although, by the end, she found herself waking up in the nurses office and having everything explained to her. Sucks that her power can drain her so. But it did come in handy.
As time passed and Saige hit the age of fourteen, she had learned to control her powers. Her father still drank, only now when he did Saige was smart enough to sneak out and go elsewhere until he was either sober or passed out on the couch again. As she walked the streets at a late hour, wandering around and just enjoying the city life, Saige had no idea that she was being followed by another. And did the idiotic mistake of turning down an abandon alley; a shortcut home after a long walk. She figured her father would be out like a light by then. Only a few feet from the exit of the alley . . . something wrapped around her leg, causing her to land face-first into the cement. Pain seared through her skull as she was dragged back into the trash spewed alley. Her vision was fuzzy, making her unable to focus on her attacker. She wasn't sure what kind of power he had, but before she knew it was sitting on top of her, and through her blurred vision she could make out what appeared to be a pocket knife that the male was holding. She went to scream for help, but he covered her mouth and pressed the blade tightly against her throat. A small streak of blood coursed its way down her neck. When she went still and the male with the hood tilted his head down at her, her caressed her face with his large palm. She bite into his hand to the point where she drew blood, and just when her vision began to clear, the man let out a loud curse, lifted the blade high and swung down. The pain . . . the tip of the blade pierced her right temple and made its way down to her left cheek. Lucky for Saige, it didn't his her eyeball. But damn did it hurt. She let out a loud scream that distracted her attacker for a moment. And with that distraction, she kicked him off of her. He fell on his back, and as she tried to ignore the pain and the blood dripping down her face, anger replaced her fear as she pointed her index finger at the male and let that black mist coat the alleyway. She made it so it slithered its way down his throat, like to the bully that had hurt her in school all those years ago. She hadn't killed him, thankfully, but this sick son-of-a-bitch she wasn't sure about letting go of. After all, who knows how many other people he has hurt: dozens? Maybe hundreds? Saige didn't know, nor did she care. And as the male began to gasp for her, reaching into the air as though he could reach onto something, Saige could make out dark vines forming around him. He was going to use his power on her, she realized. She cloaked herself at that moment, hiding herself in the mist as she proceeded to drain this man's life away . . . and soon she did. Using that much power caused her to limp home . . . she had passed out as soon as she finished cleaning the gash, which wasn't well done and she had to redo it the following morning.
She was never taken to a hospital, nor did she explain the true story to her father . . . She patched herself up. She knew how to fix wounds and such, and the cut wasn't as deep as she had thought. But that night and that scar would remain with her forever, just as all of those horrible things her father had said about her. She took it all to heart. She had killed a man, was called terrible things . . . Saige decided long ago that her power was more a defensive ability. Using it to hurt another caused her to grow weak. She loathed hurting others more than anything. But there were times when it was necessary, even if she didn't want to. She liked helping others, even if she put on a badass appeal to fool people. All of that only happened after that one night. One night, one event, could change a person forever.
And so, Saige decided to start learning combat moves to aid her if she needed to defend herself. That was also when she discovered something of her mother's. A pair of twin daggers, sharpest blades she'd ever seen. When she had dug through some of her mother's old junk before, she had found them in a box hidden away in a closet. The handle was a pure onyx, the blades gleaming when the they hit the bright light. She could see her own reflection in the twelve inch daggers. She could see that permanent scar that ran along her face diagonally. She had trained in combat and with those daggers ever since. She learned to use other weapons over time, of course, but those daggers are what she used the most. She cherished them, having once been her mother's made them that much more special to her.
At the age of seventeen and after graduating, Saige moved out on her own and dwells in a petite home just cozy enough for herself. While Saige never really experienced the war in much of any way, she was always there to witness the political backlashes and the propaganda and found them to be too much. So many were dying in a war of belief, how could one say such horrible things about people you don't even know? With that in mind, she decided that she never really hated the purists, nor did she really like the politics of her kingdom. And although she wants to help people and is kind and sweet and such, ever since that horrible night she had appeared to be a badass, but does show her kindness to people. She only feels worthless and like she couldn't do anything to change the world simply because of how horribly her father treated her when he got drunk. She knows she should just ignore it; but it was easier said then done.
And that's basically an overview of Saige Matthews's past~

Personality: Saige is one of those people who can be kind, caring, and willing to help others at any cost, but also has her moments where she just hates everything and wants to beat the living hell out of someone (as most people have those moments). She usually tries to view people as good, but first she looks for the trust in a person being since trust is a big thing for her. As the viewing of other Factions and such, she doesn't necessarily have anything bad to say about them. Saige is, basically, neutral, and again looks for the good in others. She views herself, however, as someone without a purpose. All her life she's wanted to do good, even if it meant doing it alone, which she would probably prefer. And yet she still feels like she doesn't see herself having any reason to be around, even if she wants to help people, she can be negative in her own ability to help them. For example, she can be afraid of saying the wrong thing to someone upset. It would affect her greatly, and she would probably end up upset herself. If she's pissed off, however, she normally acts and speaks before thinking. It's just who/how she is.
Likes: Helping others, training with her daggers, and trying to learn to not become so weak with her powers is a big thing. She enjoys almost any kind of movie, except romances. She loves the colors black, red, purple, gray, and green. She likes animals, and she loves traveling.
Dislikes: She hates seeing others hurt, but sometimes (depending on who they are), she may feel like they deserve to be hurt. She also hates people who judge and abusers. Otherwise, that's about it.

Faction: Kingdom
Rank: Citizen

Weapon: Twin Daggers (explained more in history).
Power: A defensive/offensive power: To create a black mist come out of her finger tips.
Abilities: When Saige uses her gift, a black fog forms out of the tips of her fingers and engulfs the area around her. It cloaks her from her enemies, and it can cause the person/people to feel fear out of the blue. In worst situations, since she tries her best not to kill, she an suffocate a person if they are trying to do her harm or kill her. However, using this power comes with a price: it weakens her somewhat, causing her vision to be blurry and she may feel light headed. Some say the power may be useless, but she uses it to her advantage.

Strengths: She is very smart. She is great at figuring things out, such as puzzles and riddles, and is good at coming up with a plan for action. She is also pretty strong and fast, and can get along well with others when need be. She is also very good at keeping her guard up and being caution around others, not just for her own protection but for others as well.
Weaknesses: Sometimes, Saige has a habit of acting before she thinks when pissed off enough. Her own power can also weaken her, making combat difficult at times but she normally pulls through. And the fact that she cares so much for others (even though she doesn't really show it) can be considered a weakness. She wouldn't want harm to come to someone, so even though she may act like she doesn't care at times, she really does and would do anything to save someone she cares and loves.

That Moment...

1 min read
When you miss all of your dA friends because you remember all the good times you had chatting/rping with them and talking basically nonstop until the break of dawn...

Hell, not only were my friends on here friends, but you guys were also family! I remember when dA use to be my place of escape. I could always come here and talk to everyone and feel happy and be myself. To get stuff off my chest. I miss my dA family and all the crazy times... It sucks that it all went downhill. I know a good chunk of it is my doing, but I'm determined to change that!

Overall, just wanted to say I miss being a dA whore all the time. And that I miss posting my photography and writing on here. Mostly, I just miss my awesome friends.

Vent over, I suppose. To those of my friends reading this: message. Me. Please!!!

Shanks~ =p

I know I know, that's always the excuse. But ever since I graduated a year ago (literally) life just grew... Well, complicated.

HOWEVER....

I just recently bought this iPad Mini (such a fun little thang ^~^) and can now be on here since I still have no laptop. Just no chat rooms sadly 3:

Anyway, I hope y'all are doing good and (hopefully) I will be posting new things up soon! :3
